Yes — drivers/operators born after January 1, 1988 are required to have a Boater's Education Certificate to operate a boat or jet ski in Florida.

Florida law requires that anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 operating a boat or jet ski must have a valid photo ID and a boater safety certificate issued by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. If you need a temporary boater's certificate, you may be able to take the test online.

You need boater education if you were born on or after Jan. 1, 1988, and will be operating a motorized boat of 10 hp or more in Florida. Click here to get started.

For everyone’s safety, you cannot go out on the water if the driver does not speak English.

Customers may cancel for a full refund or reschedule their reservation, subject to availability, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. No-shows are non-refundable. Jet Skis: Refunds will only be issued if the equipment has not been used. If you do not use your full rental time, the remaining time may be used on another date or time, provided you keep your receipt. Please have an attendant note and mark the amount of time used.

Refunds are only given if equipment has not been used. In the event of bad weather, if you don't use all your time, you can use the remaining time on another day as long as you have your booking confirmation.

We cannot guarantee dolphin sightings because they are wild animals. However, it's very common to see dolphins in this area.

Our WaveRunners hold up to 3 people or 530 pounds, but 2 adults and 1 child max.

We offer flexible rental periods: 1 hour, 2 hours, and 3 hours. Group packages can be customized upon request.

Bring a valid photo ID, swimwear, a change of clothes, sunscreen, a waterproof phone pouch, and a towel. We provide all safety equipment including life jackets. Water shoes are recommended.

Your rental includes the jet ski, safety briefing, life jacket, and insurance. We also provide basic maintenance checks and fuel.

Minor wear and tear are covered by our insurance. Significant damage may result in charges up to the repair cost. We recommend purchasing additional damage waiver insurance.
